Singer/songwriter Jake Incao may have created the song, "Hold On" years before Hurricane Sandy and for another cause, but its lyrics ring true for Long Beachers today.
"We were hoping to just show the positivity and outpouring of love and hope that can come from such tragedy," Incao said.Â
A friend, Chris Donohue put this video together for a college project he was working on.
While Incao doesn't live on the barrier island himself, he's played gigs and has friends in the area.
"There are still many struggling from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy and Long Beach, Island Park and so many other places that have been affected have proven their strength and ability to overcome difficult times," Incao added.
