Long Beach Boxer Wins Lightweight Bout in A.C.
Seanie Monaghan builds on his undefeated record.

A boxing referee raised Seanie Monaghan’s gloved hand in victory Saturday night in Atlantic City, marking the latest win for the undefeated professional pugilist from Long Beach.
Monaghan, a former bricklayer who turned pro in 2010, won a light heavyweight bout by a technical knockout in the fourth round against Kentrell Claiborne of Cleburne, Texas (2-4, 1 KO). Monaghan is 9-0 with six technical knockouts.
At his last fight on July 30, Monaghan beat Brian Bernard by a knockout in the first round at the Aviator Sports & Events Complex in Brooklyn.
