Police Report: Arrests for Disorderly Conduct, Burglary, Harassment
LBPD blotter on Long Beach-related incidents.

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrests
- Carlos Serrato, 32, of Richmond Hill was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with an injury at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on July 9.
- Eugene Robinson, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at West Park Avenue on July 9.
- Fritz Bonaventure, 34, of Brooklyn was arrested and charged with false personation at Ocean Beach Park on July 10.
- Kenneth Barry Jr., 25, of Wading River was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired and driving with a suspended license National Boulevard and West Park Avenue on July 10.
- Sarah Ezratty-Lebowitz, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Wisconsin Street and West Beech Street on July 13.
- Nicholas Defranco, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Monroe Boulevard and East Broadway on July 14.
- Charles Clark, 24, of Elmhurst was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Virginia Avenue on July 14.
- Conrad Bryant, 29 of Long Beach was arrested and charged with burglary at Virginia Avenue and West Beech Street on July 14.
- Patricia O'Neill, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with harassment at East Park Avenue on July 14.
- Jamack Elrod, 24, of Long Beach was arrested and charge with active warrants at J.J. Evans Boulevard and East Market Street on July 14.
- Francis Lynch, 29, of Jeffersonville, VT, for disorderly conduct at Magnolia Boulevard beach on July 15.
- Christopher Brandel, 21, of Lindenhurst was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Wyoming Avenue on July 15.
