Police Report: Arrests for DWI, Criminal Mischief

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

• Pablo Batalla, 24, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property at East Harrison Street and Long Beach Boulevard on Jan. 3.

• Stephen Rothfeld, 70, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving in the wrong direction on a one-way street on East Olive Street on Jan. 4.
• Jean Gordon, 56, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with petit larceny at Waldbaum’s on East Park Avenue on Jan. 4.

• Jose Rodriguez, 37, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and illegal signaling at East Penn Street and Long Beach Boulevard on Jan. 5.

• Sal Lauria Jr., 36, of East Meadow was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving while using a mobile phone at Long Beach Boulevard and East Pine Street on Jan. 5.

• Kobie Brown, 35, of Far Rockaway was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, driving with a suspended license and speeding at Riverside Boulevard and East Park Avenue on Jan. 4.

• Mady Glenn, 43, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on West Park Avenue on Jan. 7.

• Rachel Virgilo, 20, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at West Park Avenue on Jan. 8.  

• James Turco, 55, of East Atlantic Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and illegal signaling at East Park Avenue and Pacific Boulevard on Jan. 8.

• Racquel Wilder, 21, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property at West Park Avenue on Jan. 9.
