  1. Construction has officially topped out on 208 Delancey St., a 12-story condominium building. The 85,000 square foot tower will yield 85 housing units. The project team has not confirmed when occupancy is expected to begin. (New York YIMBY)
  2. New York officials have confirmed 5 cases of the omicron variant in the New York metropolitan area. The first case was discovered in Suffolk County on Long Island, while the following four have been detected within the five boroughs. (CNBC New York)
