1. The 30-story tower at the former Beth Hamedrash Hagadol site is taking its place in the Lower East Side skyline. The tower currently sits halfway complete at 15 stories, and will feature 378 apartment units. The project will continue with a second, 16-story tower on the same block at 64 Norfolk St. (Bowery Boogie)
