Here are the top stories in Lower East Side-Chinatown today:
- A bullet went through a window at the Great Oaks Charter School on Delancey and Forsythe around 10 a.m. on Thursday morning. Thankfully no students were present in the fourth-floor classroom at the time. Police said that a gunman missed his intended target, and one of the stray rounds hit the school building. (WABC-TV)
