1. Chinatown native Chris Cheung, chef and owner of East Wind Snack Shop, has released a new cookbook inspired by the cuisine he experienced as a child growing up in Lower Manhattan. The book includes 50 of chef Chueng's personal recipes. (Mashed)
2. Dallas-based vegan restaurant Belse has found a new home at 265-267 Bowery. The eatery will replace the former Paulaner Brauhaus, which went under in 2018. (Bowery Boogie)
