Daily Show Chinatown Segment Is Perfect Comeback to Racist O'Reilly Segment
Ronny Chieng is the correspondent we really needed.

CHINATOWN, NY — The Daily Show had the absolute perfect take-down of Bill O'Reilly's racist segment in Chinatown in which he had reporter Jesse Watters stop people on the street who couldn't speak English and made fun of them to their face.
The Chinatown community already blasted the clip for being "unconscionable," but The Daily Show brought its correspondent Ronny Chieng to embarrass O'Reilly and Watters even further.
Chieng first asked O'Reilly why he had people go to Chinatown just because they mentioned China in the debate, saying that's like if they mentioned Mexico in the debate, and he had an interviewer go to Taco bell.

Then Chieng vented about the fact that Watters' stereotypes weren't even accurate. Karate is Japanese. Tai Kwan Do is Korean.
"Is it the year of the dragon? Rabbit?" Watters asked a man who seemingly couldn't speak English, in the O'Reilly segment.

"No, it's actually the year of go f-ck yourself!" Chieng yelled. "What the h-ll was that? How was that on the news?" he said.
Chieng then went to Chinatown "to speak to people in a language they understood: human," he said.
He asked a man in Chinese what he thought of the current presidential election.
"This election is different because we have an idea that America welcomes and respects immigrants," the man answered in Chinese. "This is not the America I recognize."
The last man-on-the-street interview is basically an epic roasting session of how much of a coward Watters is. Watch for yourself.
