Lego Live Brings Star Wars-Themed Blocks To NYC
Lego Live is bringing millions of tiny bricks to the Lower East Side next year.

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — A massive Lego playground featuring millions of Star Wars Legos is coming to a Galaxy not so far away.
Lego Live, the expo that creates giant gymnasiums dedicated to Lego building, is coming to the Lower East Side next year. The event will feature many of the building blocks with a Stars Wars theme.
February's Lego extravaganza will be at Pier 36, at 299 South St., the massive Lower East Side event space that holds 5,000 people. The event lasts from Feb 16 to 18.

The building block extravaganza brings millions of Lego bricks to cities around the world, and gives kids and adults a chance to build Lego universes with help from the experts. The most anticipated Lego brand coming to the expo will likely be Star Wars - hot on the heels of the premiere of "The Last Jedi."
Manhattan's Lego Live event will be the only official Lego-hosted event of its kind in 2018, the company said. It'll also be the first time Lego Live has made a stop in Manhattan.

A standard ticket, which costs $30, will get you access to the giant Lego playground for four hours.
