Lower East Side Man Reported Missing, Police Say

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are searching for a missing Lower East Side man who was last seen on Saturday night.

The NYPD says that Quanwei Li, 43, was last seen leaving his apartment near Pitt and Delancey streets at about 10:20 p.m. on Saturday. Authorities described Li as about 5'5'' and weighing about 120 pounds. The NYPD says that Li speaks Chinese. He was last scene wearing a blue coat, black jeans, and white slippers.
