Lower East Side Man Has Been Missing For 2 Weeks, Police Say

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are still searching for the Lower East Side man who's been missing for nearly two weeks since he was last seen on Nov. 18, authorities said.

Quanwei Li is a recent immigrant to the U.S. and speaks Chinese, police said. He was last seen on Nov. 20 leaving his apartment on Pitt Street in the Lower East Side.

Li is 43 years old. He was last seen wearing a blue coat, black jeans, and white slippers, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to contact them: Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
