Man Found Dead At East Broadway Subway Station: Police

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — A 28-year-old man was found dead at inside the East Broadway subway station on Sunday morning, police said.

Officers responded to the station at about 8:26 a.m. after receiving a 911 call. Police said they found the unconscious man sitting on the ground inside the station. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the station, although his cause of death is unknown, police said. The NYPD continues to investigate the death and said that no arrests have been made.
