🌱 New Delancey Developments + Lullaby Opening Next Week

Here are the top stories in Lower East Side-Chinatown today:

1. Demolition crews have razed the two-story parking garage and Little Star early childhood center on the Delancey Street Corridor to make way for two new residential buildings. Construction of the 15- and 16-story developments will be overseen by the Grand Street Guild and will consist of 480 permanently affordable apartments. The project is expected to be completed sometime in 2025. (Bowery Boogie)
2. A new bar, Lullaby, is coming to the Lower East Side next week. The basement level establishment will feature standard bar fare as well as a roster of specialty cocktails. The 151 Rivington St. location will be open for business on Thursday, March 10. (Time Out)
