NYPD Searches For Scooter-Riding Gunman
Police are still searching for the scooter-riding gunman who shot and injured a woman on the Lower East Side.

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are still searching for the scooter-riding gunman who shot and wounded a woman on the Lower East Side early Sunday morning.
The NYPD released video footage of the suspected gunman on Monday afternoon. The surveillance video shows the man riding along a sidewalk on his scooter.
Police say the man was riding the electric scooter near 106 Rivington St. early on Sunday at about 4:50 a.m. when he shot the woman as she stood outside on the street. The woman, 26, was transported to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
