1. Tipsy Shanghai, the popular fast-casual Greenwich Village eatery, just opened its doors at a new location on the Lower East Side. In the East Broadway Street location that was formerly home to Cafe Petisco, Tipsy Shanghai will be serving up its take on Jiangsu cuisine. The new location will also boast the unchecked claim of being a "century-old restaurant from China."(Bowery Boogie)
