Boys With Wheelchair Set Fire To Trucks By Manhattan Bridge: NYPD
Video shows the suspects leaving the scene rolling a wheelchair with a small black dog seated on it, police said.

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — Two boys snuck into a garage under the Manhattan Bridge Saturday, doused four vehicles with gasoline and set them on fire, police said Monday.
A report was made to police on Aug. 25 that at 3:40 p.m. two young boys managed to slip under a fence into 123 Madison Street near Mechanics Alley. Once inside the garage, the kids coated three trucks and a backhoe tractor with accelerant and set them on fire, authorities said.
The flames caused major damage to the vehicles.

Security camera footage shows the two suspected arsonists strolling away from the scene. One is seen wearing a white t-shirt, black and white shorts and black sneakers. He is pushing a wheelchair with a small black dog seated on it. The second suspect is seen wearing blue jeans, dark-colored sneakers and carries a stick in each of his hands.
