- The yet unbuilt Two Bridges Towers are changing hands, as news broke that Joe Chetrit acquired the CIM/L+M parking lot development parcel behind the Lands End II residential complex for $100 million. Plans for the skyline-altering building call for 70 stories containing roughly 1,350 apartments with more than 300 earmarked as affordable. (Bowery Boogie)
- A 29-year-old food deliveryman was slashed and robbed inside a Lower East Side elevator. The suspects are described as two men in their 20s, who slashed the man with a boxcutter and stole $200 cash before fleeing. The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. (New York Post)
