Arrest For Menacing With Gun In Nassau Restaurant: Police
Kevin Warren is charged with second-degree menacing, police said.

FRANKLIN SQUARE, NY — An arrest has been made for brandishing a gun at a Tony's Tacos worker in Franklin Square.
Kevin Warren, 62, of Franklin Square, is charged with second-degree menacing and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday in First District Court, police said.
The incident took place on Friday night at the Hempstead Turnpike eatery.
