Join licensed Zumba instructor Maria Salcedo-Hafker for a heart-pumping workout that will feel more like a party. This 45-minute medium impact cardio class uses easy-to-learn dance moves and Latin music to help you burn up to 1,000 calories. No dance background is needed. The five sessions will be held on alternating Wednesday and Monday evenings on Nov. 3, 8, 17, 22 and Dec. 1st. Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing and good supportive sneakers; bring a bottle of water and a towel.
