A 69-year-old man was hit by a Bobcat excavator Monday afternoon in Malverne and was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition.
MALVERNE, NY — A 69-year-old man was hit by a Bobcat excavator Monday afternoon in Malverne and was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition.
The man was hit by the excavator during construction on a home around 2:30 p.m., Nassau County police said.
A 29-year-old man was operating the vehicle.
