Drunken Driver Stopped In Nassau With His 4 Kids In Car: Police
Damilola Olaleke was arrested early Tuesday on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa Park, police said.

MASSAPEQUA, NY — A man was arrested early Tuesday in Massapequa Park on a charge of Leandra's Law, police said.
Damilola Olaleke, 40, of Virginia, was spotted just after midnight in a 2017 Ford Focus, abruptly changing lanes west on Sunrise Highway near Block Boulevard, police said.
An investigation that Olaleke was intoxicated and was arrested without incident, authorities said. Olaleke's 10-year-old son, and three daughters (ages 7, 6, and 3) were in the back seat, police said.

They were released to a family member who was also a passenger of the vehicle.
Olaleke is charged with four counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated (child under 16), four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and DWI first offense, police said.

He was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
