LONG ISLAND, NY — Thunderstorms could roll into Long Island later this weekend, but Saturday looks to be beautiful.

According to the National Weather Service, Saturday will be clear and sunny, with a high around 84 degrees.

There's a chance that rain could roll in early Sunday morning, and the chance increases throughout the day. There's also a possibility of thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and all day Monday.

The weather looks to clear up by Tuesday, but temperatures will climb back up into the 90s.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. South wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 84. Light southeast wind becoming south 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Saturday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers after 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 71. South wind 3 to 8 mph.

Sunday: A slight chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 84. South wind 6 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers before 8 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., then a chance of showers after 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Monday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 86. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent.
