Massapequa Board Of Ed Swears In New Superintendent, Trustee

The board also elected to keep the same leadership it currently has for the 2022-23 school year.

MASSAPEQUA, NY — The Massapequa School District's new superintendent, Dr. William Brennan, took his oath of office at the Board of Education reorganization meeting on July 7. New trustee Christopher Brooks, elected in May, was sworn in for his first term.

The board kept the same officers for the 2022-23 school year, with Kerry Wachter serving as president, Jeanine Caramore as vice president and Gary Baldinger as secretary.

The reorganization meeting was followed by the regular business meeting, with several new teachers appointed for the upcoming school year.
