With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. The main emphasis of our programs is to teach children to swim correctly and develop essential water skills in a relaxed environment. MASSAPEQUA, NY — The Massapequa School District's new superintendent, Dr. William Brennan, took his oath of office at the Board of Education reorganization meeting on July 7. New trustee Christopher Brooks, elected in May, was sworn in for his first term. The board kept the same officers for the 2022-23 school year, with Kerry Wachter serving as president, Jeanine Caramore as vice president and Gary Baldinger as secretary. The reorganization meeting was followed by the regular business meeting, with several new teachers appointed for the upcoming school year.
