Grand Larceny
On Sept. 11 a wallet was stolen from a gym bag left on a bench at XSport Fitness at the Sunrise Mall, police said. The theft occurred at 10:40 a.m.
On Sept. 11, merchandise was stolen from Macy's at the Sunrise Mall at about 10 p.m, police said.
Vehicle Crimes
On Sept. 13, a car parked on East Grove Street in Massapequa was rummaged through and the owner noticed some laptops missing, cops said. The thefts took place between 6 p.m. the night before and 8 a.m.
On Sept. 10, the rear window of a car parked on Lois Place in Massapequa was broken, police said. The incident occurred between 7 p.m. and 9:50 p.m.
