Larceny From Vehicle
On Oct. 10, a backpack was stolen from a backpack of an unlocked vehicle parked on Nancy place, police said. The teft took place at 4 a.m.
On Oct. 10, money was stolen from a an unlocked vehicle parked on Grover Avenue, sometime between 10 p.m. the previous night and 7:30 a.m.,cops said another vehicle on the street was entered around 2:30 am.m. but nothing was taken.
On Oct. 9 the contents of several vehicles were rummaged through on Rustwood place at 3 a.m., police said.
On Oct. 10, several vehicles on Eastwood drive were rummaging through vehicles Eastwood drive in the early morning hours, police said. The thief stole cash.
Petty Larceny
On Oct. 13, a wallet cash and headphones were stolen at XSport Fitness at the Sunrise Mall, police said.
DWI
On Oct. 14 a Wantagh man was arrested at the intersection of Merrick Road and Grand Boulevard and charged with DWI.
