Massapequa Park Man Collects More Than $2 Million From Lottery Ticket

The ticket for April 15 Mega Millions drawing was sold at Manya Card and Gifts on Hicksville Road in Seaford.

MASSAPEQUA PARK, NY — A Massapequa Park man collected more than $2.5 million from a Mega Millions drawing.

William Weiss received a $2,604,001 lump-sum payout on Friday for the $4 million second-place ticket on April 15, Newsday reported.

The ticket was purchased at Manya Card and Gifts on Hicksville Road in Seaford. The shop also sold a $2 million second-place winner, Newsday said.

Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

On April 15, the Mega Millions numbers were 6, 10, 13, 24 and 63 —with a Mega Ball of 2.
