Multiple Unlocked Cars Robbed In Massapequa: Police

MASSAPEQUA, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in the Massapequa area for the week ending Nov. 3.

• $14 was stolen from an unlocked car parked on East Drive in North Massapequa on Oct. 27.
• Apple Air Pods were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Franklin Avenue in Massapequa on Oct. 28.
• $30 was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Chicago Avenue in Massapequa on Oct. 28.
• An iPhone was stolen from an unlocked car parked on North Drive in North Massapequa on Oct. 28.
• A bicycle was stolen from the LIRR station in Massapequa Park on Oct. 28.
• A person was arrested for shoplifting from Famous Footwear, located on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa, on Nov. 2.
• A 44-year-old woman from Mill Neck was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa on Oct. 28 and charged with DWI.
