Nearly 5,000 LI Customers Lose Power Briefly On Tuesday AM: PSEGLI
A faulty cable in Massapequa was the likely culprit, a PSEG Long Island spokesperson said.

UNIONDALE, NY — Outages caused disruptions for several thousand customers on Tuesday morning across Long Island, PSEG Long Island said.
Just after 10 a.m., a potential cable fault near Sunrise Mall in Massapequa affected approximately 4,900 customers, a PSEG spokesperson said.
However, all power was restored within six minutes.
