Police Searching For Man Who Broke Into Massapequa Business

Police say the man pushed in the front door and stole hundreds of dollars from the register.

MASSAPEQUA, NY — The Nassau County Police Department is searching for a man who broke into a cleaner in Massapequa early Tuesday morning.

According to police, the man pictured above broke into Carmill Cleaners, located at 934 Carmans Road, at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday by pushing in the glass on the front door.

Police say he stole $230 from the cash register and then fled.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS, or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
