PSEG Long Island Food Drive Comes To Massapequa In June
Food collection bins will be set up at the Stop & Shop supermarket on Hicksville Road.
MASSAPEQUA, NY — PSEG Long Island is bringing its food drive to Massapequa.
Food collection bins and a drive-through option will be set up at the Stop & Shop supermarket on Hicksville Road.
Community members are encouraged to donate nonperishable food, household essentials, baby food and pet food to help their neighbors facing food insecurity.

Among the items to donate include:
- Nonperishable food (including canned fish, chicken and vegetables)
- Household essentials (including toilet paper, hand sanitizer and laundry detergent)
- Personal care items (including toothpaste, soap and shampoo)
- Baby care items (including diapers, wipes and ointments)
- Pet supplies (pet food, cat litter, treats)
The food drive takes place on Friday, June 13 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
