This weekend Massapequans will find a new form of recreation at John J. Burns Burns Park.  The Massapequa Kiwanis Club will hold their second annual bocce tournament on brand new courts the club installed at the park. The tournament, which will benefit a scholarship fund in memory of Anthony Tesoriero, will be many events that will take place in area parks this weekend. We have fields and courts of all types for just about any sport you can name. You can find a pool, a boat basin and hiking trails in area parks as well.
