Sandy: Tuesday marks the one year anniversary of the storm that devastated the south shore of Long Island. Patch will take a look at the storm and try to get a feel of where we are as a community.
Village Board: The Massapequa Park Village Board Meets Monday for an 8 p.m. meeting at Village Hall 151 Front Street in Massapequa Park.
Girls Soccer: The Massapequa Chiefs are the top seed in the Class AA Playoffs. They will face Hicksville Tuesday at Burns Park at 5 p.m.
Boys Soccer: Massapequa is also the top seed here as well, facing Plainview JFK at Burns Park, Wednesday with a 5 p.m. start in the Class AA playoffs.
Field Hockey: Yet another top seed, Massapequa faces off against Sewanhaka in a Class A Semifinal wednesday at 3 p.m.
