Seminars Being Held To Protect Nassau Seniors From Scams

Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly and Oyster Bay Town Supervisor Joseph Saladino are hosting the discussions.

HICKSVILLE, NY — In an effort to safeguard senior citizens from scams targeting them, Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly and Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor Joseph Saladino will host a series of educational seminars.

The initiative aims to equip seniors and their caregivers with the knowledge and tools necessary to recognize, report, and combat fraudulent schemes.

The seminars will cover a range of topics including:

The spring schedule includes:

  • Thursday, March 13, 1:30 p.m. Hicksville Community Center
  • Monday, March 31, 1:30 p.m. Marjorie Post Park Community Center, Massapequa
