OYSTER BAY, NY — While children have off for the winter recess later this month, the Town of Oyster Bay is extending hours at its ice skating facilities. It also marks the last week of public skating at the town's outdoor rinks.
"Families and children looking for a great stay-cation activity can head over to our ice skating rinks, either outdoors at Marjorie Post Park or Syosset-Woodbury Park, or indoors at our Town Ice Skating Center, during special extended hours for the full winter recess week," said Councilman Lou Imbroto.
