The Vote on Sandy Aid
The House is set to vote on the first part of a storm aid package Friday. Did they wait too

The House of Representatives is set to vote on an aid package Friday that critics such as Rep. Peter King, R-Seaford, said should have been voted on earlier.
Congress is expected to take up a measure on $9.7 billion of aid for the National Flood Insurance Program. Another vote on the remaining $50.3 billion of a 460 billion aid package will go to the House floor for a vote on Jan. 15.
King blasted house speaker John Boehner for letting the previos Congress close down Tuesday without taking up Sandy aid, but says he's now satisfied that Beoehner is commited to the vote.
