Town Announces Children's Programs in January

The Town of Oyster Bay is hosting a series of winter performances geared for children, ages four and up.

The January lineup features:

Saturday, January 17 at 2:00 PM Hicksville Public Library

BUBBLEMANIA

Bubblemania is a polished performance full of science, art, humor and

fascinating skills. You’ll learn why bubbles are spherical, how to create

a square and what makes a bubble pop. Seth Bloom is the master of

Bubble Art!

Saturday, January 31 at 2:00 PM Locust Valley Library

PLAZA PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS “CHARLOTTE’S WEB”

This is the story of a little pig named Wilbur who befriends Fern, the

farmer’s daughter. Fern begs her father to let Wilbur become her pet.

Wilbur meets a bunch of new friends including Charlotte, a beautiful

large grey spider. Together they hatch a plan to escape. It’s up to

Charlotte to save Wilbur’s life before he’ll end up on the dinner table

at Christmastime.
