Weigh in on Test Scores

Massapequa school students in English and Math testing this past school year.

It was an impressive showing, considering it came in a year that the district had to scramble to get it's budget under the new state tax cap.

School officials say that the belt tightening is going to get more difficult in upcoming years. At the same time state officials want to strengthen college preparedness across the board.
