MEDFORD, NY – A bicyclist was struck by a pickup truck in Medford Saturday night, Suffolk Police said. According to police, a 2015 Ford pickup truck being driven by a 41-year-old Shirley man struck a bicyclist on Horseblock Road at about 7 p.m. The unidentified adult male victim was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.The pickup driver stayed at the scene. He and his 4-year-old son were not injured. No criminal charges have been filed.
