MEDFORD, NY — Suffolk police are investigating a hit-and-run in Medford on Tuesday, a spokesperson said. A person was struck at North Ocean Avenue and Petty Lane at around 12:15 p.m., and then taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. No further details were released.Anyone with information can reach out to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
