Cops: Drunk Limo Driver Found Asleep at the Wheel on Southern State
A man was driving drunk and fell asleep on an exit ramp for Route 107, police said.

A limo driver was drunk when he fell asleep at the wheel on an exit ramp of the Southern State Parkway Wednesday, according to New York State Police.
At 4:24 a.m., troopers responded to Exit 29 for Route 107 in Seaford after a call came in about a disabled car, police said. Responders discovered a black Lincoln Town Car limousine on the exit ramp with Cristian Quizhpi, 33, of Ozone Park, asleep at the wheel, cops said.
Troopers woke Quizhpi, who smelled of alcohol and later failed a sobriety test, authorities said. Officials said he had a BAC of .17.
