Crime Report: DWI Arrests, Items Stolen
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.
- An iPhone was stolen from a car parked on Rosebud Avenue sometime between Aug. 20 and Aug. 21
- On Aug. 21, an unknown suspect broke the window of a vehicle and removed a pocketbook. The car was parked in the Xtreme Gym parking lot.
- Items were removed from a car that was parked on Powell Place on Aug. 21.
- On Aug. 24, a bike was removed from a unlocked detached garage on Elsie Avenue.Â
- Jose Tobar, 32, of Freeport was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and two violations of the vehicle and traffic law on Sunrise Highway, on Aug. 25.Â
