Garden City Plastic Surgeon Retiring From Practice After 30 Years
Dr. Roger Simpson grew up in Long Beach and has lived for many years in Merrick.
GARDEN CITY, NY — Acclaimed plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Simpson is set to retire from his Garden City practice after 30 years.
A longtime Merrick resident, Simpson will step down from the New York Plastic Surgical Group on July 1.
He completed General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residencies at Nassau University Medical Center. Simpson, originally from Long Beach, received certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1981.

He has been recognized by Castle Connelly as a "Top Doctor" and as a "Super Doctor" in the New York Times.
Dr. Simpson plans to continue sharing his knowledge with future generations of physicians through writing, lecturing, and teaching.
