WHY: Fentanyl, a synthetic opioid, is one of the single deadliest drug threats our nation has ever encountered. Fentanyl is everywhere. From large metropolitan areas to rural America, no community is safe from this poison.
Last year 100K+ people died from drug overdoses driven by fentanyl, and the fastest growing group is under 19. Up to 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine, Fentanyl is being laced into all kinds of pills and powders sold by drug dealers.
Please join us for a heartfelt conversation to learn the facts about Fentanyl: the impact of teen substance use on youth and family, and what you can do to try to keep your kids safe from this deadly poison.
