Project Hope Speaker to Attend SMCCA Meeting

The forum will take place at Merrick Park Road Gulf Course on Tuesday.

An official from Project Hope, an organization that assists individuals, families, and groups impacted by Hurricane Sandy, will attend a South Merrick Community Civic Association (SMCCA) meeting on Tuesday. 

Project Hope offers free and confidential supportive counseling and public education services to Hurricane Sandy disaster survivors in New York City and Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, and Westchester counties. 

The organization provides one-on-one or group counseling services for people in their homes, places of work, community centers, schools or houses of worship.

The meeting will take place at the Merrick Park Road Golf Course at 7:30 p.m.
