Toy Time at Merrick Library, SMCCA Meeting This Week

1. Toy Time: Merrick Public Library will host its Toy Time program for children on Monday. Children will be able to play with a variety of toys from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

2. SMCCA Meeting: The South Merrick Community Civic Association will have a meeting at Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Merrick Park Road Golf Course. A speaker from Project Hope, an organization that assists individuals, families, and groups impacted by Hurricane Sandy, will be in attendance. 

3. End of Summer Teen Party: Calling all teens! The North Merrick Public Library will host its end of summer party on Thursday at 7 p.m.

4. 7th and 9th Grade Orientation: The Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District will have orientation for 7th and 9th graders on Thursday at 10 a.m.
