14 Arrests Made In Drug Trafficking Organization: NYSP

ORANGE COUNTY, NY — A two-and-a-half-month narcotics investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating between New York City and Orange County has yielded multiple arrests.

The New York State Police said 11 search warrants were executed Thursday in the Bronx and Orange County.

The following items were seized: 2 kilograms of cocaine, about 17 pounds of cannabis, fentanyl pills, cash and eight illegal firearms.

Fourteen people were accused and charged. They are:

• James Baltimore, 36, of Chester: two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.
• Antonio Bucci, 28, of Chester: first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and second-degree conspiracy. Arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.
• Tyler Zaborski, 26, of Bronx: first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and second-degree conspiracy. Arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.
• Lestor Zaborski Jr., 50, of Bronx: first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and second-degree conspiracy. Arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.
• Christopher Bucci, 58, of Chester: third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
• Michael Curtis, 32, of Chester: third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
• Jennifer Curtis, 31, of Chester: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• Anthony Bucci Jr., 62, of Warwick: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• Klerisa Peterson, 30, of Chester: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• Justin Peterson, 29, of Chester: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• Marcus Hicks, 28, of Bronx: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• Dominick Deluccia, 48, of Bronx: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• Markaj Narkaj, 30, of Mamakating: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.
• David Rinaldi, 31, of Warwick: fourth-degree conspiracy. Released on an appearance ticket.

The New York State Police Troop F Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team and Community Stabilization Unit worked with the Orange County District Attorney’s office on the investigation.
