2 Possession Of Sexual Performance By Children Arrests In Hudson Valley
One of the men charged was also accused of unlawful surveillance, according to New York State Police.
KINGSTON, NY — New York State Police say that two Kingston men were arrested for possessing sexual performances by children.
State police from Kingston and Catskill BCI, with assistance from the Major Crimes Unit, the Computer Crime Unit, and the Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team, arrested 26-year-old Alonzo Jordan for possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old. He is accused of possessing videos consistent with child exploitation.
Jordan's arrest followed an investigation and the execution of a search warrant at his Kingston home, after a Cybertip investigation that was reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children originating from a messaging application. He was arrested and processed at SP Kingston. Jordan was then released and issued an appearance ticket returnable to City of Kingston Court on May 6.

State police from Kingston and Catskill BCI, with the assistance of the Community Stabilization Unit and the Computer Crime unit, arrested 24-year-old Alan DePace for second-degree unlawful surveillance and possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old. He is accused of possessing several images and videos consistent with child exploitation and obtaining an inappropriate image of a person without their consent.
DePace's arrest followed an investigation and the execution of a search warrant on his person and electronic devices, also after a Cybertip investigation from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) originating from a messaging application. DePace was arrested and processed at SP Kingston. He was then released and issued an appearance ticket returnable to City of Kingston Court on May 6.
