2 Third-Prize-Winning Powerball Tickets Sold In Mid-Hudson

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The historic Powerball drawing Wednesday included two huge wins in California and Pennsylvania. Also, 14 third-prize-winning tickets were sold for the Oct 11 Powerball drawing, New York Lottery officials announced, and two of them were sold in the Hudson Valley.

• 302 PETROLEUM INC, at 2580 Route 302 in Middletown, sold one prize-winning ticket worth $50,000

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
