3 Arrested In Connection To Armed Robbery Of Hudson Valley Vape Shop: Police
One of the robbers had a handgun, which he pressed against the owner's ribcage, while demanding money, according to a witness statement.

TOWN OF MONTGOMERY, NY — Three suspects have been arrested in connection to the armed robbery of a Hudson Valley vape shop, according to police.
The Town of Montgomery Police Department says that on Thursday, around 6:23 p.m., Orange County 911 dispatched Town of Montgomery police to the Premium Smoke and Vape shop, located on Hawkins Drive, after being notified of a panic alarm at the business.
Once on the scene, officers were told by the owner that he had been robbed by two Black men. He said that one of the men had a handgun and pressed it against the owner's ribcage, while demanding money.

After the owner complied, the suspects fled on foot towards Old Neelytown Road, where a white or silver four-door sedan was waiting for them.
Town of Montgomery police say that an investigation resulted in the arrests of three suspects: 19-year-old Shakar Johnson, of Walden; 20-year-old Brandan Wilson, of Maybrook; and 18-year-old Joshua Banks, of Maybrook.

Charges against the trio include robbery, conspiracy, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal facilitation.
